Shipping

• Shipping on orders of $200 or more is free on all orders delivered to the "Lower 48" states. Orders under $200.00 are delivered to the same area for only $10.00. Shipments sent to locations outside the "Lower 48", and those sent via air delivery, will be charged according to Norpine's cost. Contact us at info@norpine.com for a quote.

• Packages will normally be shipped within 24-48 hrs.

• Binding installation / tune normally requires an additional 2-4 days.

Returns

• Unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days

• Close-out items can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

• All returns will require the reimbursement of any shipping charges incurred by Norpine.

• Equipment that has been used, cannot be returned except for defects of manufacture.

• All returns must receive a prior authorization number before being shipped to Norpine. All returns without a authorization will be refused.
