Atomic Janak The Janak is essentially a second-generation version of the venerable Tele Daddy, arguably the best, most versatile “fat” Tele ski ever made. Augmenting the Beta-core functionality of it’s predecessor, a new high-tech Magnesium-infused top-sheet increases dampening and torsional stiffness, creating a smoother, more even flexing ski than possible with the polymer “caps” used by other manufacturers. In addition to offering even more edge-control on harder show, the new magnesium-infused top-sheet subtracts ounces to lighten the load on those “must do” up-and-down backcountry forays. The result is a very wide ski that delivers maximum floatation in bottomless powder, while still retaining much of the versatility of an all-mountain ski that can be moved aggressively over a wide range of snow conditions that fall short of glare ice. We also expect the Janak to be every bit as popularif not more so-- with A.T. skiers as its ”Daddy” was. Profile: 125-99-117 mm. $ 525.00 |

Atomic Kailas Sharing the same Beta-core construction, and lightweight magnesium infused cap with it’s other high-end Atomic stable-mates, and with an 88-mm. waist measurement that falls between the “Fat Daddy” Janak and the “Super Gee” Kongur, the Kailas delivers the best of both skis, and more. The Kailas matches the 125-mm. floatation of the Janak shovel-width, and flexes rounder, and a bit softer than the Janak (or Kongur) for additional powder friendliness. As with the Kongur, the Kailas has the torsional-rigidity and structural integrity to be comfortable at near lift-off speeds, but it’s rounder flex, and substantial side-cut allow the Kailas to effect shorter radius fall-line turns than either the Kongur or Janak skis. What we have here is an extremely versatile all-mountain ski that’s wide enough to excel in powder, yet not so ultra wide in the waist to deter edge-to-edge quickness on hard-pack. And, the Kailas is a chunk lighter then either of the other two Atomic skis, just in case you go both ways on a hill. Profile: 125-88-109 (Note: the shovel width listed is for the widest part f the shovel, while the contact width of the skis is 120-mm.). $ 452.00 |

Atomic Kongur The Kongur is a “new tech” update to Atomic’s “star-status” T.M.X high-performance ski. Blessed with a Beta-core and Atomic’s unique magnesium-infused top-sheet, the Kongur is lighter, even more stable at excessive speed than it’s predecessor, and able to “take it to the limits” better than any other Tele ski available. If you need an all-mountain ski for Gs / Super G radius turns that can stay on top of a full range of snow conditions, the Kongur is an unbeatable choice. Profile: 117-84-109 mm. $ 522.00 Sale Price: $249.00 |

Karhu Guide For some years there has been a need for a wide, stable waxless ski that could be used by climbers for approaches and descents , as well as Alpine Touring / Telemark skiers who while traveling over varied Winter terrain wanted to avoid being bogged down spending inordinate amounts of time fussing with adhesive skins.
