Airflo breaks with tradition to solve the most common problem facing Saltwater fishermen: casting as far as possible into the wind with large flies. The 40+ Saltwater line gives casters “easy distance” by concentrating the mass of the weight forward portion of the line into a 30’ head. Shorter heads sink well and are easier to roll cast to the surface prior to the next cast. The running line is made from a supple, no-tangle coating over a new low memory, low stretch braid core. This new running line core material allows for a solid hook set at long distance—without tangles. The two 40+ Cold Saltwater lines—Intermediate and type-7—have different weights and tapers to optimize their performance, and both lines should be ordered according to the number—8, 9, or 10—normally required for a given rod—Airflo does the rest.
